In accordance with Rule 9.1.1 of the VSA constitution, notice is hereby given of the upcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The business of the Annual General Meeting will be:
- To confirm the minutes of the 2024 AGM.
- To receive the annual report (activities and key milestones reached 24/25).
- To receive the financial statement: 24/25 financial year.
- To ratify the 25-26 Operational Plan and Budget.
- To ratify and elect members of the Board (as required)
Attendance: Members who wish to attend in person or online must RSVP to: nick.buskens@skateboardingvictoria.org.au by the 10th of November 2025.
Other Business: Members who wish to bring items of business to the Annual General Meeting are required to provide a request in writing to: nick.buskens@skateboardingvictoria.org.au by the 1th of November 2025.
