All Aboard is Skateboarding Victoria’s beginner participation program, introducing children and young people to skateboarding through safe, inclusive and professionally supported sessions.
Sessions combine practical instruction, games and social activities in a welcoming, non-competitive environment. Participants can learn the fundamentals, build confidence and make friends without needing to own a skateboard or safety equipment before they begin.
Local councils, schools, community organisations, clubs and businesses can bring All Aboard to their community. SV and our approved delivery partners provide qualified coaches, skateboards, helmets and protective equipment—creating a fun, beginner-friendly experience at your local skatepark or chosen venue.

Experienced instructors support beginners and intermediate skaters to progress at a pace that suits them.
Games and group activities help participants learn skills, meet people and enjoy being active.

Freedom Frames – Inclusive Skate & Mobility Programs
Freedom Frames is an inclusive adaptive wheeled-sport program for people with disability and additional support needs. Councils, schools, disability and NDIS providers, community organisations and other agencies can engage Skateboarding Victoria to deliver a tailored program on their behalf.
SV or an approved delivery partner can provide specialised Freedom Frames equipment, inclusive coaches and participant-centred activities for individuals or groups. Sessions are shaped around each participant, supporting confidence, independence, physical literacy and social connection.
Fee-for-service delivery
Talk to us about your participants, location and intended outcomes. We can develop a fee-for-service delivery approach covering the program format, specialist equipment, coaching, staffing and participant support required.
Adjustable frames, harnesses and board supports provide stability while retaining the movement and experience of skateboarding.
Coaches adapt communication, activities and progression to each participant's goals, abilities and confidence.
Supported participation helps develop balance, coordination, independence and a stronger sense of what is possible.
Participants skate alongside peers, families and the wider community rather than being separated from the activity.

Community case study — Wodonga
Jane McRoberts, who lives with cerebral palsy, became a regular member of the community at Al's Skate Co in Wodonga. When her desire to skate became clear, the team created an adjustable skate frame that enabled her to participate safely and skate side by side with friends. Jane described feeling like part of the community, while the adaptable frame also opened opportunities for other skaters with physical disabilities. This local example reflects the inclusive outcomes Freedom Frames is designed to support.

School Programs
Schools, councils, education providers and community agencies can engage Skateboarding Victoria to deliver structured skateboarding programs on their behalf. Programs can support curriculum, wellbeing, sport or participation outcomes and are tailored to the needs of each school and student group.
SV or an approved delivery partner can provide qualified coaches, skateboards, helmets, safety equipment and a structured program at a school, local skatepark or community facility. Delivery can take the form of a one-off experience, an intensive program or an ongoing school partnership.
Fee-for-service delivery

The Strengthening Regional Skateboarding Communities Program builds the foundations for locally led, professionally supported skate clubs across regional Victoria. Working with councils, schools and community organisations, Skateboarding Victoria helps communities establish local leadership, develop sound governance and deliver consistent programs that can continue beyond a single project or funding cycle.
