NOTICE OF 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In accordance with Rule 5.2 of the SV constitution, notice is hereby given of the upcoming 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Date: Thursday 21st November 2024 6.30 pm – 8.30 pm
Venue: The Dick Whittington Tavern 32 Chapel St, St Kilda VIC 3182
ONLINE: Online link will be sent 11th of November 2024
The business of the Annual General Meeting will be:
- To confirm the minutes of the 2023 AGM.
- To receive the annual report (activities and key milestones reached 23/24).
- To receive the financial statement: 23/24 financial year.
- To ratify the 24-25 Operational Plan and Budget.
- To ratify and elect members of the Board.
Attendance: Members who wish to attend in person or online must RSVP to: Richard.flude@skateboardingvictoria.org.au by the 10th of November 2024.
Other Business: Members who wish to bring items of business to the Annual General Meeting are required to provide a request in writing to: Richard.flude@skateboardingvictoria.org.au by the 7th of November 2024.
