The ASRA National Capital Championship 2012 promised a great event, and delivered with an excellent competition, and some of Australia’s best skateboard racers riding like they stole it!
On Saturday, 24 racers took on the Mt Stromlo Hot-Mix with weather that was a mix of sunshine and blizzard, in a close run head-to-head shootout!
Sunday woke to a sunny day, that just got hotter as the Ainslie ditch action took off, with 28 racers racing the clock, while blasting down the gnarliest drainage ditch in the land.
Best placings for Victorians:
Jamie Sheehan finished 8th at Ainslie Drain, and Marty Kent finished 12th at Mt Stromlo
Victoria’s Marty Kent is now ranked 3rd, Nationally!
